Angel and Jaselle met in late 2024 at Harvest Church. Angel had been new to Harvest that spring and had noticed Jaselle early on, but never imagined their paths would actually cross. Soon, Angel started attending the Young Adult ministry and met the woman who would become his future bride.

Jaselle said “hello” one night in passing as to not be rude, but for Angel that was an answered prayer. She actually thought his name was '‘Anthony” for a time, but that didn’t stop anything.

As God would have it, they kept running into each other every Sunday, something that had never happened before. What felt random at first quickly started to feel a little less like coincidence and a little more like divine timing. Conversations became easier, smiles lasted longer, and before long, Angel knew it was time to ask her out.

After a few weeks (and after Jaselle finally learned his actual name), he asked her on their first date.

From there, everything just made sense. What started as simple Sunday run-ins turned into late-night talks, shared prayers, endless laughter, and a love rooted in faith, friendship, and God’s perfect timing.

Through every step, they’ve seen how the Lord was writing their story long before they realized it themselves. And now, surrounded by the people they love most, they get to begin their greatest adventure yet, together in covenant as husband and wife.

Their story is a reminder that God’s timing is always perfect and that the best love stories are the ones He writes Himself.
